Overview:
Natera Inc., a pioneer in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, is in search of a committed Supply Chain Analyst. This position is vital for overseeing and enhancing the fulfillment process of our kits, analyzing trends, and managing volumes while addressing any exceptions that arise.

The Supply Chain Analyst will significantly contribute to minimizing waste, achieving cost efficiencies, and ensuring seamless operations in the production and distribution of kits.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor kit shipment volumes, trends, and exceptions.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover patterns and deliver actionable insights.
- Resolve issues related to undelivered orders by liaising with carriers and internal teams.

Optimization & Improvement:
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance kit production and minimize waste.
- Drive initiatives to boost the efficiency and accuracy of kit fulfillment processes.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure alignment and resolve fulfillment challenges.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Quality teams, by addressing concerns related to kit production and offering timely updates.
Operational Support:
- Assist in the procurement of collection kits, which includes monitoring, generating, and submitting purchase orders based on forecasts and sales history, while maintaining inventory levels.
- Coordinate planning and scheduling for kit production, covering material resource planning and allocation, as well as work order management.
- Ensure compliance of all fulfillment activities with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, ideally within a logistics or supply chain context.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Working Environment:
- Office setting with standard working hours.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or on weekends as necessary.
