Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Together Women's Health, LLC. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Patient Registration: Complete and update patient registration forms, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays and deductibles as needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients, manage the appointment book, and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Utilize our EHR system to complete patient registration, update patient information, and manage patient schedules.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Medical Office Experience: 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
