Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our eTeam as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchase decision and activation process of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
  • Ensure individual sales targets are met by executing promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Aid customers in completing purchases and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to sales area upkeep and cleanliness to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Clearly explain and illustrate product and service capabilities to customers.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services.
  • Reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach.
Preferred Experience

1 or more year of experience in a related field, such as sales or retail sales, is preferred.
