Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist - Statewide Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of each client
  • Document all therapeutic services accurately and efficiently using our electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing records, ensuring seamless communication with our accounting department
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partnering agencies, fostering collaboration and mutual respect
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling) from an accredited institution
  • Professional license to practice in the state of Kansas (MSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC, LCSW)
  • At least 1 year of experience facilitating therapy sessions
