Behavioral Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health disorders, including mental illnesses, substance abuse issues, and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists or clinicians, utilizing behavioral modification techniques and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and responses to treatment, maintaining accurate records and reporting observations to the treatment team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and recreational activities, while promoting independence and self-care skills.
