Overview

Kansas City Behavioral Health Holdco is dedicated to providing quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals in need of support. Our team of experts works closely with clients to achieve significant changes in their areas of need and behavior.

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services under the direction of our experienced clinical staff. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ABA services to individuals, focusing on achieving meaningful improvements in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA services to individuals, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
