We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Lead Behavior Therapist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for behavioral healthcare to drive clinical excellence and inspire growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, fostering their growth into skilled clinicians.
  • Lead a caseload of 6-9 clients, providing up to 150 hours of care per month while creating treatment protocols and delivering parent training sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and other experts, to deliver holistic care.
What We Offer
  • Total compensation: $86,000-$100,000 annually, including base salary and eligible annual bonus.
  • Flexible scheduling to meet a 28-billable-hour minimum, allowing for balance between work and personal life.
  • Generous time off package, including 16 PTO days, 7 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays per year.

Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience in functional behavior assessments and crafting data-driven care plans.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing RBTs, helping them grow into skilled clinicians.
