Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis & Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, leveraging sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs.
- Content Management: Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement content, including presentations, training materials, and sales tools.
- Sales Tool Optimization: Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to optimize sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with sales processes.
- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver effective training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and upskill existing ones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams to drive strategic alignment and ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency, providing recommendations and assisting with implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $123,020 to $144,729 in San Francisco, CA. Our benefits include a hybrid work environment, lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
