Sales Enablement Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Operations Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategies that empower our global sales and customer success teams. This critical role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by ensuring seamless onboarding, continuous learning, and effective utilization of our sales technology.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Sales Operations and Enablement to design and implement enablement programs that enhance Sales and Customer Success performance.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to synchronize Sales training, related content, and initiatives.
- Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning curriculum to boost the sales team's effectiveness.
- Establish metrics to quantify the impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources.
- Maintain a centralized repository of shared content to ensure accurate naming, tagging, and curation.
- Coordinate and manage sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, conferences, and annual sales kick-offs.
- Develop and implement a standardized certification program framework.
Your Qualifications:
- You possess 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program/project management roles.
- Experience implementing sales methodologies and certification programs is highly valued.
- Excellent English communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills, including presentation skills, are essential.
- A strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, and Enterprise sales models is necessary.
- Proficiency with sales enablement software and standard business applications is required.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000, specific to the San Francisco Bay market.
- A flexible work schedule at Sendbird values collaboration and relationship building, requiring employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office three days per week at minimum.
