As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your designated team and area within the warehouse to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational workflows to guarantee accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Assess workload and delegate tasks to team members.
• Effectively train and mentor the warehouse staff, providing opportunities for positive development; suggest performance enhancement actions as necessary.
• Accurately utilize the warehouse management system and maintain relevant documentation.
• Foster, uphold, and promote exceptional customer service standards.
• Properly interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate various tools and equipment.
• Provide assistance and support to warehouse management as needed.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• 1 year of experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules as required, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Capability to operate a reach truck or cherry picker to heights exceeding 23 feet.
• Tolerance for varying warehouse temperatures.
