YOUR ROLE AS A JUNIOR WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

This entry-level position offers stable, full-time employment. There may be occasional requirements for overtime and weekend shifts.

As a Junior Warehouse Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC company. Your primary responsibility is to maintain organized and stocked inventory. With your attention to detail, you will manage incoming goods, interpret orders, and retrieve HVAC components for various tasks. You will also be responsible for transporting materials from job sites and suppliers as necessary, while keeping accurate logs and documentation for inventory management.

Safety is a top priority; therefore, you will utilize a forklift or pallet jack to move HVAC supplies throughout the facility. You will also ensure that the warehouse remains safe and accessible for all team members. Your effectiveness stems from being both self-driven and a cooperative team player. You will proactively manage your duties without needing reminders from supervisors, while also collaborating with colleagues and reporting any inventory discrepancies.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical capability to perform job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
