We are seeking experienced individuals for Lead roles in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of 4-6 warehouse staff across various functions: Picking, Packing, Quality Assurance, Receiving, and Inventory Management.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in all warehouse operations and ensuring team members are cross-trained.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Upholding high standards of quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Setting benchmarks for productivity and precision for the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Managing the opening and closing of the facility as required.
  • Assisting management with monitoring team attendance, conduct, and additional responsibilities.
  • Leading daily briefings to establish objectives for the day.
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and tidy work environment.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop, train, and lead a successful team.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary, particularly during peak periods.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to be trained in safe forklift operation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the warehouse regularly.
  • Capability to reach, climb, and balance while fulfilling orders.
  • Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
