Position Overview

We are in search of a Civil Engineer to become a part of our expanding Environmental/Water Resources division. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree and possess 0-2 years of relevant experience. This role offers the opportunity to be guided by our experienced team of Environmental/Water Resources Civil Engineering experts while contributing to a variety of interdisciplinary projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with essential software tools, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a team setting, maintain a positive demeanor, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate self-motivation to deliver high-quality results
  • A willingness and eagerness to learn and advance professionally

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Pond is determined by various factors, including the scope and level of the position, geographic location, and the candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $57,000 to $85,000.

Additional financial incentives may be included as part of the overall compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits based on the position offered.
