About the Role:
This position is hosted by Jobot, seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer for a dynamic client in the RFID sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing processes and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering insights to ensure a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations.
  • Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, process enhancement, and the introduction of new products and processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while executing all responsibilities.
  • Deliver training to clients regarding modifications in equipment or operational procedures.
  • Gain familiarity with project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Drive the investigation and implementation of new processes and operational improvements, utilizing metrics and audits.
  • Create troubleshooting resources for maintenance and operations teams, ensuring effective deployment in the facility.
  • Address process challenges through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with experts.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective measures.
  • Maintain and update engineering and operational documentation.
  • Oversee the project master schedule and manage document control processes.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to spearhead projects aimed at improving workplace safety.
  • Act as a change agent, facilitating systematic improvements across safety, manufacturing, and quality functions.
  • Develop essential engineering documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs.
  • Generate and maintain reports to monitor progress and drive action on operational improvements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with an analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and various business units.
  • Commitment to high standards and excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment with the capacity to make timely decisions.
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, evaluation, and scientific methodologies.
