Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat Department Associate to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our meat products are properly wrapped, weighed, and priced. You will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and perform other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to internal and external customers.
  • Meat Preparation: Wrap, weigh, and price meat products accurately and efficiently.
  • Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the meat department and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that meat products are properly stocked and rotated to meet customer demand.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate wrapping machines, scales, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, walk, and move rapidly; lift and maneuver objects up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
