**Job Summary**
NorthMarq Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate - Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase properties and negotiate deals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
**Requirements:**
- Currently hold a Salesperson/Broker license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a drive for excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation:**
This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
