We're seeking a skilled real estate sales professional to join our team at RISE Group LLC. As a professional real estate sales buyer's agent, you will be responsible for introducing clients to their local real estate market by arranging open houses. Your duties will include preparing representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction. Additionally, you will turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication.
  • California Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses).
  • Proven track record of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the East Bay real estate market is a plus.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred.
  • Show a track record of real estate success.
  • S. driver's license and can travel by car.
