Position Summary:
We are in search of a Store Manager who embodies creativity, innovation, and leadership. This individual will play a crucial role in guiding our retail strategies and executing operational functions to achieve financial growth and enhance brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's rich history and legacy.
  • Exhibit exceptional product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by employing the 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales and performance targets consistently.
  • Adhere to cash handling protocols and store security measures.
  • Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging as required.
  • Assist in pricing and maintaining store aesthetics in line with Levi's visual presentation standards.
  • Utilize RFID-enabled inventory processes for efficient sales floor replenishment.
  • Possess basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and troubleshooting.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

The anticipated starting hourly rate for this role is competitive and may vary based on location.
