Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee international operations, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes
  • Coordinate air and ocean shipments, accurately determining tariff classifications and duty values for entry submission
  • Partner with operations, account management, and sales teams to deliver optimal customer satisfaction
  • Develop and present customized technology solutions to meet clients' complex needs
  • Coordinate and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF) and manage invoicing processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in customs brokerage, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the global logistics industry
  • 5-7 years of experience in 3PL/International Freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of logistics processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for building relationships with clients and vendors
