Job Overview

KBC Advisors LLC is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Database Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of data within our organization.

As a Database Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing data governance policies and procedures, coordinating data migrations and transformations, and conducting regular data audits and clean-up activities. You will also work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions, provide technical support related to data management, and create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and processes.

Additionally, you will oversee the lifecycle of company devices, including onboarding, tracking, and offboarding laptops and other hardware assets. This role requires strong database knowledge, experience with data analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee data governance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate data migrations and transformations.
  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support related to data management.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and processes.
  • Ensure data security measures are implemented and consistently followed.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of company devices.
Requirements
  • Strong database knowledge and experience with data analysis.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business or data intelligence, preferably in commercial real estate.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 - $77,000. We'll consider a variety of factors when determining the offer, including skills, abilities, experience, and location.
