Inventory Software Specialist

Redfin is revolutionizing the real estate industry by leveraging data, software, and innovative design to put customers first. We're seeking an Inventory Software Specialist to join our team and contribute to our award-winning website and mobile apps.

The successful candidate will be part of our Listing Data Acquisition team, responsible for data ingestion, transformation, and normalization from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other data sources. They will maintain the source of truth for Redfin's data and provide valuable insights to our customers and agents.

The role involves developing and maintaining data pipelines that populate millions of homes, building tools to make the process more scalable, efficient, and maintainable, and interfacing with Real Estate Operations to resolve compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and data structures, proficiency in Java or C#, and experience with database fundamentals and SQL queries.

We're looking for a quick learner who can identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current process and drive solutions to remedy them. The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for customer experience and have a passion for data-driven decision making.
