As an Inventory Software Specialist, you will be part of the Listing Data Acquisition team, responsible for data ingestion, transformation, and normalization from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other data sources.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines that populate millions of homes
  • Build tools to make the process of ingesting home data more scalable, efficient, and maintainable
  • Interface with Real Estate Operations to resolve compliance issues
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on home data to inform business decisions and power new features
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and data structures
  • Proficiency in Java or C# programming languages
  • Experience with database fundamentals and SQL queries
  • Quick learner with the ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Strong advocate for customer experience
