Job Title: Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Case Manager Supervisor is a key member of the Highland Park Community Development Corp team, responsible for providing direct casework services to clients and overseeing Case Managers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct casework services to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of service plans.
  • Oversees a team of Case Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Conducts regular quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provides training and professional development opportunities to Case Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participates in strategic planning and goal-setting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and case management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working with homeless populations, MICA, or Veterans community.

Working Conditions:

The Case Manager Supervisor will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The position will involve frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as regular travel to community-based locations.

Physical Requirements:

The Case Manager Supervisor will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and engage in frequent communication with clients and stakeholders. The position will also require occasional travel to community-based locations, which may involve walking, standing, and lifting.
