Flock Safety is a comprehensive technology provider focused on crime reduction and community safety. Our innovative platform harnesses the collective strength of communities—including municipalities, businesses, educational institutions, and law enforcement—to collaboratively foster a safer environment. Our maintenance-free technology is relied upon by various communities nationwide to address and prevent crime, striving for enhanced safety for all.

Our all-encompassing public safety solution is both intelligent and actionable, delivering the critical evidence necessary to combat crime across neighborhoods, educational facilities, commercial enterprises, and entire cities. We prioritize transparency and privacy, transforming unbiased data into clear, objective insights.

At Flock, we aim to provide a career-defining opportunity that allows you to make a meaningful impact within your community. While our mission is serious, we cultivate a supportive atmosphere that enhances remote work experiences, fostering strong and fulfilling relationships despite physical distances. Our dedicated team thrives in a positive, inclusive environment where proactive engagement is valued.

Having secured over $380 million in venture funding from notable investors, we have achieved a valuation exceeding $4 billion. Flock is intentionally scaling and seeking exceptional talent to help us achieve our ambitious goal of reducing crime in the United States by 25% within the next three years.

The Role

Flock Safety is eager to welcome a dynamic and adaptable Events and Spaces Specialist to our expanding People Team. This position will report directly to the Director of Employee Experience and will oversee both our primary office and warehouse locations. While Flock operates with a remote-first approach, the Events and Spaces Specialist is expected to be present on-site at our main office during standard business hours.

The People Team at Flock is committed to enhancing the employee experience, empowering every individual to reach their full potential while delivering their best work. We focus on supporting all teams by fostering growth opportunities, ensuring each business unit has the necessary tools for high performance, and cultivating an engaging culture that prioritizes what matters most—both professionally and personally.

Our ideal candidate flourishes in fast-paced settings and is passionate about creating optimal experiences for those they support. Local residency is required.

  • A hospitality-oriented mindset, finding fulfillment in assisting and supporting others.

  • A talent for organizing chaos, both physically and digitally.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets); familiarity with Navan and Coupa is advantageous.
  • Experience in facilities management is a plus.
  • A willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Openness to taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, even if they do not meet every qualification. Research indicates that women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all criteria.
