We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our R&D Consulting business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, building customer relationships, and developing a large customer book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to setting business direction, strategy, and priorities, and take ownership for driving the overall growth and scalability of the consulting business.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
- Develop and lead a large customer book of business.
- Lead and develop customer relationships.
- Be responsible for the design, efficiency, and outcomes related to customer projects.
- Facilitate project team discussions to pressure test customer recommendations, underlying assumptions, and final deliverable quality.
- Actively build relationships with leaders across Consulting Advisory Groups and other businesses within Syneos Health.
- Focus on team development and seek growth opportunities for team members.
- MBA or graduate degree in a life sciences field.
- Recent experience working with large national and global accounts.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated new business experience, from organic growth to RFI/RFP planning, development, and execution.
- Experience across both promotional and non-promotional commercialization activities.
- Ability to travel.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on company and individual performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
