Tekberry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Coordinator to join our team, working closely with our client, a reputable manufacturer in the wood products industry. As a W2 employee, you will be eligible for comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from the first of the month after your employment begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational assistance with minimal oversight.
- Draft and prepare documents and correspondence for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Manage filing of PODs and receiving documents, and support branch operations, including customer orders and administrative tasks.
- Identify and address administrative challenges effectively.
- Oversee scheduling, organization, and operational duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software and email applications.
- Proven ability to follow through and complete routine tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong customer service abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of accuracy.
