Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting and connecting with people to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls professionally and courteously, offering assistance and information to customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to grasp their needs, answer inquiries, and advise on available services.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals for efficient project completion.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
  • Computer Proficiency: Be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include a supportive work environment, PTO, Retirement Savings Plan, and a Monday to Friday work schedule.
