Job Overview: KR SOLAR, a leader in environmentally friendly energy solutions, seeks a motivated Solar Sales Coordinator to generate leads and schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to meet with potential customers to generate interest in solar energy and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met and appointments are confirmed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments

Requirements: We are looking for an individual with prior experience in sales or appointment setting, knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as strong organizational skills and a resilient mindset.
