About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in client relations, communication, and problem-solving to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service.

We estimate that this role will pay around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential and existing customers, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources and maximizing appointment conversion rates.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding estimates, providing accurate and detailed information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct declined sales call backs and cold calling campaigns to re-engage potential customers and capitalize on missed opportunities.
  • Reach out to customers who have not visited in a while, rekindling relationships and encouraging repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers with open finance funding to expedite payment processing and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to customers who have previously shown interest but did not proceed with a purchase, leveraging persuasive communication techniques to encourage conversion.
  • Contact customers who were unreachable during previous interactions, utilizing effective follow-up strategies to reestablish communication and address any concerns.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, updating databases, and generating reports to track key performance metrics and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
