- Manages staff scheduling based on anticipated business activity, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labor cost objectives.
- Facilitates the hiring and training of new team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Promotes a positive work environment by identifying changes in staff morale and addressing them appropriately.
- Encourages a culture of learning by delivering clear and respectful coaching to team members during shifts.
- Delivers outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly demeanor and responding to customer needs effectively.

- Delivers high-quality beverages by following established recipes and presentation standards while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Recognizes and celebrates individual and team achievements using available organizational tools.
- Utilizes operational tools to ensure excellence during shifts.
- Participates in scheduled team and management meetings, contributing suggestions for improvement.
- Assists colleagues as needed to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience and a positive attitude.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, Excel, and Canva; experience in document creation and marketing materials is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $18-$20 plus tips.
- Complimentary primary healthcare benefits.
- Paid Time Off, accruing three hours per payroll, redeemable after 28 weeks.
