Pediatric Care Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at Tribeca Healthcare Management Co LLC (Tribeca Pediatrics). As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide direct patient care to children in a clinical setting, working closely with pediatricians to deliver exceptional service and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer labs, screenings, vaccines, and medications to patients
  • Maintain medical inventory and supplies of the office
  • Ensure a clean, functional, and professional work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a love for children is a must
  • Assist with front desk duties, including welcoming patients, checking them in, validating insurances, collecting outstanding balances/copays, scheduling appointments, and answering patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
