Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Facilities and Operations at TriWest Healthcare Alliance. This position will be responsible for overseeing all facilities activities at corporate and nationally, including corporate and field office space planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of corporate facilities, as well as commercial real estate asset property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage corporate distribution services, including all mail services, bulk or routine, shipping and receiving, and physical asset disposition.
  • Directly engage with and manage vendors who perform high volume print, mail, and distribution functions, ensuring timely delivery and performance against standards.
  • Participate in the development of long-range plans and policies, and review programs and procedures to ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and manage a department budget to approved dollars, and assist the SVP, Finance with individual tasks or implementation of strategic objectives affecting company goals or initiatives.
  • Coordinate with senior management, directors, or managers on matters applicable to facility and space needs, warehouse services, security, facility construction, corporate building standards, furniture, building safety, building services, and real estate assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of management experience in property management and real estate leases, facilities, mailing operations, and distribution services, or a combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Highly trustworthy and documented responsibility for maintaining the security of sensitive information, with project management training or equivalent experience.
