We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Director to oversee all office and non-office staff, ensuring business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability are maintained.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience overseeing a team within the field of logistics and/or supply chain, with a strong understanding of intermodal and drayage operations.
  • They will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the business alongside the Terminal Manager, preparing annual performance reviews, and reevaluating processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work comfortably with multiple groups within the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
  2. Overseeing all office and non-office staff, including clerical team members, drivers, and dispatchers.
  3. Managing the daily functions of the business alongside the Terminal Manager.
  4. Preparing annual performance reviews and reevaluating processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Ensuring regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
  6. Managing the budget to align with the goals of the business.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • 2-5+ years of experience overseeing a team within the field of logistics and/or supply chain.
  • Intermodal and drayage knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
