Chief Financial Officer

Grassi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in the distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite; strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
