Urology Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
At Boston Scientific, we're seeking a highly skilled Urology Sales Territory Manager to drive sales revenue and exceed division priorities. This role requires a strong clinical understanding of urology and the ability to develop new business opportunities that align with the company's vision and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and nurses to train, educate, and sell cutting-edge technologies.
- Cultivate relationships across multiple stakeholders within the healthcare system to drive business objectives.
- Develop quarterly plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Stay current on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge to provide clinical excellence in respective disease states.
- Proven adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Documented sales success and demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and willingness to travel 1-2 overnights a week.
