Property Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our stores, ensuring that our assets are functional and our guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for our stores, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that they meet our quality and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of our stores to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Provide training and guidance to store teams on maintenance and repair procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and store teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic technical skills and knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
