About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a Bilingual Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, including law firms, businesses, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls regarding class action lawsuits
  • Follow a script to ensure high-quality calls
  • Document calls in Spanish and English
  • Send and respond to emails as needed
  • Willingness to learn multiple projects
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to learn multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to attendance
  • Comfortable answering inbound calls
