Main Responsibilities
  • Process Leads: Complete necessary follow-up and product offerings for leads from external departments, focusing on referrals from online and direct-to-consumer advertising.
  • Outbound Calls: Place telephone calls in response to customer inquiries, as documented on correspondence or other approved marketing leads.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve issues regarding customer orders, including communicating with clinics and medical offices to gather relevant information and communicating the outcome to the customer.
  • Record Keeping: Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Establish and maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties, and demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of the company's product offerings.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled typing ability and knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and related applications and systems.
  • Additional Duties: Answer community voicemail, support the Department's Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals, and be available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact center.
  • Language: English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret instructions and guidelines, follow complex instructions, navigate between different computer systems, and maintain composure during stressful situations.
