Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for dispatching schedules, completing administrative tasks, and providing support to our field team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatch schedules and complete administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide support to our field team and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience
  • Call Center Experience with great telephone and service skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual ability a plus
  • Any home service dispatch or call center experience is a bonus
  • Helpful software experience and skills - data entry, computer literacy, and Excel knowledge
Work Schedule

Our CSRs work a full-time schedule that is Tuesday - Saturday with the following hours: Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 3-10. Sunday - Thursday is available as well and one weekend shift is required.
