As a Business Development Representative at Guidewheel, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by partnering with customer success, marketing, sales, and business operations teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development, you'll be part of the team powering Guidewheel's outbound engine through strategic decision-making, value communication, and managing a growing volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new business opportunities and drive revenue through outbound prospecting efforts via cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Track and run experiments to constantly improve the conversion funnel.
  • Learn how to ask targeted and thoughtful questions to reveal value and build a point of view to qualify customers' needs and overcome objections.
  • Use technology to manage a high volume of prospects and make data-driven decisions for time prioritization.
Requirements:
  • You're highly enthusiastic about being in a dynamic sales environment, comfortable in the unknown, and inspired by the opportunity to compete daily on a high-energy team with limitless potential.
  • Familiarity with outbound engine technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, G-Suite, and others is essential.
  • You're extremely coachable, open to feedback from leadership and peers, and motivated to always be sharpening your craft, message, and the value-add for customers.

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is 100% remote-first, working with a team on North American time zones.
