Job Title: Two Year Old Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Two Year Old Preschool Teacher to join our team at Kiddie Academy. As a preschool teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and preparing them for a successful academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of our preschoolers.
  • Employ a range of educational techniques, including storytelling, educational play, and media, to promote learning and development.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth.
  • Encourage socialization and conflict resolution among children, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Certification in child CPR and First Aid.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
