Child Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kiddie Academy. As a Preschool Teacher Specialist, you will play a vital role in preparing young children for kindergarten by providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and creative curriculum that caters to the unique needs of preschool children.
- Employ a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, educational play, and media, to promote learning and development.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
- Encourage positive relationships among children, resolving conflicts and promoting social skills.
- Guide children in developing their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum.
- Organize and supervise nap and snack hours, ensuring the children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Track and report children's progress to parents, providing regular updates and insights.
- Communicate effectively with parents, understanding their child's background and psyche.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or Early Childhood Educator.
- Excellent understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to act as a mediator between children.
- Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable.
- Balance between creativity and practicality.
- Certification in child CPR.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Valid license to practice the profession.
