Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the needs of preschool children.
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, educational play, and media, to promote learning and development.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support and guidance to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
  • Encourage positive relationships among children, resolving conflicts and promoting social skills.
  • Design and implement a carefully constructed curriculum to foster artistic and practical capabilities, including activities such as shape recognition, number identification, and creative crafts.
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times, ensuring the health and safety of all children.
  • Track and report children's progress to parents, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, understanding their child's background and needs.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or Early Childhood Educator.
  • Excellent understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Ability to act as a mediator and resolve conflicts.
  • Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable.
  • Balance between creativity and practicality.
  • Certification in child CPR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Valid license to practice the profession.
