Job Overview

BCforward is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
