Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $35,440 to $51,924, based on a $20 per hour rate and 40 hours of work per week. In addition, we offer an uncapped commission structure that can significantly increase earnings potential.
Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Advisor with TDS Telecom, you will be a key contributor to our consumer strategy to grow, delight, and retain customers. You will handle inbound calls, manage follow-up funnels, and serve as the primary point of contact for consumers inquiring about products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results by providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals for strategic products such as Voice, High Speed Data, TV, and Internet Content Product Offerings.
- Maintain and grow existing customer base by consistently providing exceptional customer service on all billing inquiries, seasonal service requests, toll inquiries, downgrades, and other miscellaneous inquiries.
- Keep current with promotions, products, and technology necessary to exceed or meet sales goals.
- Maintain regular attendance and promptness for work.
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in a sales role.
- 2+ years' experience using a PC with various software packages.
- Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.
Benefits
Full-time associates scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits, among others. Associates working under twenty hours per week or for a limited term are eligible for medical coverage and the 401(k) plan.
