Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative for TDS Telecom, you will be the face of our company in local communities, promoting our cutting-edge products and services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will engage with potential customers to inform them about our voice, data, and television services.

Schedule and Compensation:
You will have a flexible schedule, managing your own 40-hour work-week between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday, with some Saturdays required during busy event seasons. Your compensation will include a base salary plus uncapped commission, with targeted earnings ranging from $60,000-$100,000 per year or more. This salary encompasses both the base pay and what one might expect to earn when meeting established sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
- Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
- Complete sales documentation accurately recording and submitting daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
- Oversee customer accounts, managing relationships from initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
- Create community buzz by organizing and participating in community events to generate sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:
- Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Additional local background checks and permitting processes may be required to obtain licenses to sell, as needed by local municipalities and government. Any licenses or permits will be company-paid and provided.
