About the Role:
The Institutional Client Group (ICG) at U.S. Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Office Leader to drive new client growth and build a high-performing team. This executive will lead efforts to establish a Business Development Office framework, recruit and lead business development professionals, and build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new client growth and revenue
- Build and lead a high-performing team of business development professionals
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including relationship teams and product partners
- Collaborate with the ICG leadership team to drive business growth and strategy
Requirements:
- 15+ years of banking experience
- BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field, MBA preferred
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
