Customer Service Representative

At Composites One, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm weekly customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote new and existing products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Provide accurate and timely price quotes for products, ensuring customers receive the best possible value.
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and internal staff to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a non-retail customer service environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a business-to-business account support and distribution role is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and preferences, and coordinate with internal support functions to meet those needs.
  • Ability to research and resolve customer issues in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner, with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to travel for training and relationship-building (10%).
