Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with check-in, re-supplies, and equipment inquiries
  • Understand insurance coverage criteria to provide accurate information
  • Approach each patient with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform daily scanning and routing of undetermined tickets
  • Answer phone calls efficiently and courteously
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager
Requirements:
  • Technologically proficient with strong computer skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to patient care
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Quick learner
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Skilled in de-escalation and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
