About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Technician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to increase access, use, and effectiveness of Fleet and Facilities programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute facilities maintenance for American Red Cross facilities.
  • Develop and execute strategy for the American Red Cross fleet, including preventative and corrective maintenance, fleet reporting and analysis, and the support process around vehicle reservations.
  • Develop and implement volunteer orientation program to utilize volunteers to fully support the fleet, facilities, and general administration operations teams in a cooperative atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with Volunteer Services to recruit and train assigned volunteers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide consultation of the regional fleet and facilities budgets.
  • Evaluate operations department outcomes and results to reinforce best-in-class fleet and facilities management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to create presentations and training modules.
  • A current valid driver's license and good driving record required.
